Yes. Content today is built on our Medicare calendar — enrollment periods, coverage education and the questions your clients actually ask. During signup you tell us which Medicare products you sell so the posts match your book.

Do I have to create the posts myself?

No. That is the point. Your selected Lync Social service determines how much of the content process we handle for you — on either plan, the writing, design, scheduling and publishing are ours.

What if I want content specifically about my business?

Choose Custom Social. Your content is created specifically around your business, brand, messaging and audience rather than relying primarily on prepared industry content.

One post means one core content concept. The same copy and the same image publish to each of your connected profiles, and that still counts as one post.

What is the difference between Social Lite and Custom Social?

Social Lite delivers professionally prepared content from our standard industry content calendar, with your logo and business details applied. Custom Social develops content strategy, brand voice, content pillars and creative specifically for your business, with an approval workflow available and one revision round per batch.

Why does Custom Social have a setup charge?

The Custom Content System Setup builds the system your content runs on — brand discovery, intake, brand voice profile, content pillars, creative direction, asset organization, CTAs, publishing structure, approval workflow and your dedicated content library. It is a one-time charge equal to your selected monthly package price.

Do you guarantee followers, engagement or leads?

No. Social platforms control reach, algorithms and account availability. We guarantee consistent, professionally produced content published on schedule — not platform outcomes.

Do you use AI?

AI-assisted tools are part of our production workflow, always with human creative oversight and review before anything publishes.

Can I change plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can move up or down between Lite tiers, or step up from Lite into Custom Social. We ask for at least 30 days' notice on any plan change, because content is produced about a month ahead. Moving into Custom Social also means a setup period before your custom content starts — and the Custom Content System Setup fee applies.

Is the same copy and image used on every channel in Social Lite?

Yes. One core concept — the same copy and the same still image — publishes to each connected profile that supports a standard still image. This is true on Custom Social as well. Per-channel rewrites, channel-specific creative and custom sizing are not part of either plan today; if you need that, talk to us and we'll quote it.

Which platforms do you publish to?

Every plan includes Facebook Pages, Instagram Business profiles, LinkedIn pages and Google Business Profile — the same core post publishes to each. Threads and Bluesky, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube need channel-specific copy or a different content type, so each is a separate add-on quoted on request.

Do I need my own HighLevel account?

No. We manage your accounts from our own workspace, and while you are subscribed you get access to the social planner inside it — not a CRM account of your own. Social Lite sees the publishing calendar and basic metrics; Custom Social can also approve posts, see metrics and reply to comments in one place. If you already own a HighLevel or GoHighLevel account, you may keep your account and direct billing, then grant Lync admin access with social manager permissions so we can schedule and publish.

Who connects the social accounts?

You do, using a person at your business who has admin rights on each profile. Platform OAuth connections are owned by the account holder — we can request and guide, but we cannot create them for you.

What happens if a connection expires?

Social platforms expire connections periodically and without warning. The publishing system emails you when that happens. Reconnecting promptly is your responsibility. Posts scheduled while disconnected are not rewritten or rescheduled; once you reconnect, the platform typically publishes the queue automatically, sometimes several on the same day.

Do I get to approve content before it publishes?

Custom Social has a client approval workflow available and one revision round per content batch — some clients use it, some prefer we simply publish. Social Lite publishes on schedule from the standard calendar; it is built to remove the approval bottleneck, not add one.

Question 18

Who owns the content?

Accepted Answer

You do, once paid for. You keep full rights to use the finished content produced for your business. The underlying templates, calendars, systems and workflows remain ours.

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

No. Because production work, scheduling and system setup begin immediately, all fees — monthly and one-time setup — are non-refundable. If something isn't working, tell us: we will work with you inside your plan's scope, and larger changes are handled by moving to a plan that covers them.

How do I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Email us before your next renewal date. Your service runs through the end of the paid period and does not renew. Already-billed periods and setup fees are not refunded.

When does my content actually start publishing?

Content runs on calendar-month cycles. After we have your payment, completed intake, logo where applicable and publishing access, preparation begins the next business day — about 10 business days for Essentials Lite, 10–15 for Growth Lite, about 15 for Premier Lite, and at least 15 for Custom Social. Your first payment covers the first full calendar month we can properly prepare for, and your first post publishes on that month's first scheduled posting day, which isn't always the 1st.

Why does my first payment cover a full month instead of the rest of this month?

Because a month of content is produced and scheduled ahead of time. One monthly payment buys one full month of service. The work we do this month is what makes next month's service possible — it isn't a second, free month of posting.

Question 23

What is the optional Early Start?

Accepted Answer

If your setup finishes before your first full service month begins and posting dates are still ahead in the current month, we can offer those remaining posts as a separate partial month. The fee is your monthly price times the posts we can still create, divided by that month's total scheduled posts — for example $149 × 6 ÷ 9 is about $99. It's completely optional, we never charge for posting dates that have already passed, and it needs a few extra business days to create and schedule. Decline it and nothing changes: your service begins on the first scheduled posting day of the full month you already paid for.

When am I billed?

Always in advance. Your setup fee, if your plan has one, and your first month are charged when you sign up, and each following month is charged before that month's content is produced. If you cancel, the month you have already paid for is still yours — we produce and publish it unless you tell us not to bother.

What if I need more than my plan includes?

Accepted Answer

Requests outside your plan's scope are reviewed and either quoted separately or covered by moving up a tier. We do not absorb out-of-scope work silently — it keeps your plan honest and your pricing stable.

How do the industry tracks work?

Lync Social produces Medicare content today, built from a focused Medicare calendar. Your logo and business details are applied to Lite content; Custom Social adds your own strategy, voice and offers. Other insurance lines are being built and you can register interest during signup.

I'm in a regulated industry. How is compliance handled?

Accepted Answer

You are the licensed party and remain responsible for the accuracy of claims and for any required disclaimers, license numbers or approvals. Regulated-industry clients sign a compliance acknowledgment during onboarding and supply the disclaimer language we include.

What do you need from me at onboarding?

Your logo, a short business intake, the profiles you want published to and signed agreements. We publish from the workspace we manage, or you may grant admin access to a HighLevel or GoHighLevel account you already own. The onboarding flow walks through everything in about fifteen minutes.

How quickly does content start going out?

Preparation begins the next business day after payment, intake, logo and publishing access are complete. Allow about 10 business days for Essentials Lite, 10–15 for Growth Lite, about 15 for Premier Lite and at least 15 for Custom Social. Can you use my own photos?

On Custom Social, yes — your imagery is part of the content we build, and we need it before we produce the next period's content, not mid-month. On Social Lite, your photos aren't part of the standard calendar content; a post using your own photo is a one-off — $20 when you supply both the copy and the image, or $65 when we develop the post with you.

Do you respond to comments and messages?

No. These plans cover content creation, scheduling and publishing. Community management, inbox response and paid ad management are not included.

What reporting do I get?

While you are subscribed you can see the publishing calendar and basic platform metrics in the social planner. Custom Social also gives you post approvals and one place to reply to comments. We do not sell performance reporting as a deliverable on these plans.

Who will I work with?

Lync Social is a managed service with a dedicated point of contact. Content production and publishing are delivered by our fulfillment partner, T-Squared Technology, working under Lync. After onboarding you will know exactly who manages your content and how to reach them.

Who am I contracting with?

Accepted Answer

Your agreement and your billing are with Lync LLC. T-Squared Technology is Lync's third-party fulfillment partner and performs the content production, scheduling and publishing on Lync's behalf, which is why their name may appear when you grant account access.

What happens to my planner access if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your social planner access ends when your subscription ends or payment stops — it is access to the workspace we manage for you, not an account of your own. Your completed content remains yours, and we provide reasonable export assistance on request. If you use your own HighLevel or GoHighLevel account instead, you keep that account and its direct billing whether or not you continue with us.

Which publishing system do you use?

We publish from the Lync CRM workspace we manage, or from a HighLevel or GoHighLevel account you already own. We do not use other scheduling systems or offer direct, per-channel publishing.

Can you post to Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Threads or Bluesky?

Yes, as add-ons. Those channels need their own copy lengths or content types, so they are not part of the standard plan price. Threads and Bluesky are one add-on since they share a caption style; Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube each need their own creative, so each is priced separately. Tell us which you want and we'll quote it.

Are Reels included?

On the higher Custom Social plans, yes — Custom Growth includes 1 Reel a month, Custom Growth+ includes 2 and Custom Premier includes 4. Social Lite and the Custom Essentials tiers are still-image posts only.

Question 39

Do you have content for health and life insurance yet?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. Medicare is the only line we produce content for today, so that is what you receive. Health insurance is next, then life, followed by auto, home, commercial, recreational and pet. Tick those lines during signup and we'll contact you as each launches — they're added at the same plan price, and until then nothing is produced or charged for them.
