1. Who we are

Lync LLC, 400 Travis St. Ste 309, Shreveport, LA 71101, is the controller of the information described here. T-Squared Technology LLC processes information on our behalf as our approved fulfillment partner.

2. Information we collect

• Business and contact details: business name, contact name, email address, phone number, address and website.
• Onboarding intake details: industry, services, offers, brand preferences, logos and photos you upload.
• Agreement records: the acknowledgments and consents you check, your typed signature, the date and time, your IP address and browser information.
• Account access details: the platform roles or permissions you grant us. We do not collect or store your passwords.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation, plan and status details — never your full card number.
• Technical data: basic log and device information generated when you use the site.

3. How we use information

• To create, schedule and publish content for your business.
• To set up and administer your account, billing and subscription.
• To contact you about your account, onboarding, approvals and support.
• To send marketing or follow-up messages where you have consented.
• To keep records of the agreements and consents you provided.
• To detect fraud, enforce our terms and meet legal obligations.

4. Communications and consent

Where you opt in, we and our authorized partner may contact you by phone call, SMS/text, email and AI-assisted or automated systems, including automated notifications, reminders and follow-ups. Message frequency varies and standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and opting out of marketing does not stop essential service or billing messages.

5. Who we share information with

• T-Squared Technology LLC, our approved fulfillment partner, to deliver the service.
• Service providers such as our payment processor, email delivery provider, hosting and database providers, and the social platforms you connect.
• Authorities or advisors where required by law, or in connection with a business transfer.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Retention and security

We keep account, agreement and billing records for as long as your account is active and afterwards as needed for legal, tax and dispute-resolution purposes. Information is held in access-controlled systems with encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect what you share.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, opt out of marketing contact, or ask questions about how your data is used. 8. Children

Lync Social is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
