A clear handoff

From signup to scheduled posts, we guide the process.

You provide the business details and secure access. We turn them into a managed Medicare social presence.

Step 1

Tell us about your business

Choose a plan and complete a guided intake about your Medicare products, service area, brand and required disclaimers.

Step 2

Connect your profiles

You securely authorize the supported social accounts we will manage. We never ask for your social media passwords.

Step 3

We prepare and publish

We build your calendar, prepare the content and begin on the first scheduled posting day of your service month.

Preparation windows

A full month is prepared before it begins.

Preparation starts the next business day after payment, intake, logo and publishing access are complete.

Essentials Lite
About 10 business days
Growth Lite
10–15 business days
Premier Lite
About 15 business days
Custom Social
15+ business days

If current-month posting dates remain after preparation, an optional Early Start may be offered. You see the exact prorated amount before paying, and past dates are never charged.

Access and ownership

Your accounts and content stay yours.

  • We manage your social accounts from the Lync CRM workspace we run. You are not given a Lync CRM or HighLevel account of your own, and no separate account is created for you.
  • While your subscription is active you get access to the social planner inside that workspace — not the wider CRM. Social Lite: your publishing calendar and basic metrics. Custom Social: the calendar, post approvals, metrics and comment replies in one place.
  • That access ends when your subscription ends or payment stops. Your completed content remains yours, and we provide reasonable export assistance on request.
  • If you already use HighLevel or GoHighLevel, you keep your own account and your own billing with them — but you must grant Lync admin access with social manager permissions so we can manage connections and publishing.
  • Publishing happens through the workspace we manage or a HighLevel or GoHighLevel account you already own. We do not publish through other scheduling platforms or directly inside each social channel.
  • Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile are included on every plan. Threads and Bluesky, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube need channel-specific content, so each is an add-on quoted on request.
  • Access to each social profile is granted through the platform's own permissions — admin, manager or business-account roles, granted to Lync or to T-Squared Technology acting on Lync's behalf. We never ask for your passwords.
  • Social platforms expire third-party connections on their own schedule. We cannot prevent that; the publishing system emails you when a connection drops.
  • Reconnecting an expired profile is your responsibility. Posts scheduled while the connection was down are not rewritten or rescheduled — when the profile is reconnected, the platform typically publishes the queued posts automatically, often several on the same day.
