Lync LLC
Terms of Service
These terms form the agreement between you and Lync LLC for the Lync Social service.
Effective September 9, 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
Lync Social is provided by Lync LLC, 400 Travis St. Ste 309, Shreveport, LA 71101. Your agreement is with Lync LLC. Content production, scheduling and publishing are delivered by our approved partner, T-Squared Technology LLC, acting on Lync's behalf and under agreement with Lync LLC. By subscribing you authorize T-Squared Technology LLC to access and manage the social profiles you connect, for the purpose of delivering the service.
2. The service
We produce still-image social posts with written captions and publish them to the profiles you grant access to, at the frequency of the plan you select. Video production, paid advertising management, community management, direct-message handling and lead response are not included unless purchased as an add-on or quoted separately in writing.
3. Revisions and additional work
- Each plan includes a defined amount of revision work. Revisions beyond what your plan includes are billable add-ons.
- Any billable revision or out-of-scope request is quoted and approved by you in writing before work begins.
- Errors caused by us — wrong logo, misspelled business details, an incorrect fact we introduced — are corrected at no charge.
- Requests received after a post has been scheduled or published may be handled as new work.
4. Publishing access
- We manage your social accounts from the Lync CRM workspace we operate under the agency account used by Lync and its approved fulfillment partner. No Lync CRM or HighLevel account is created for or licensed to you.
- While your subscription is active and paid, you receive access to the social planner within that workspace — not the wider CRM. Social Lite includes calendar and basic metrics visibility. Custom Social adds post approvals, metrics and comment replies in one place. This access ends when your subscription ends or payment stops.
- Your completed content remains yours. We provide reasonable export assistance on request, but access to the workspace itself is not transferred after service ends.
- If you use your own HighLevel or GoHighLevel account, you retain that account and remain responsible for its billing. You must grant Lync admin access with social manager permissions so we can manage connections and publishing.
- Publishing occurs through the workspace Lync manages or a HighLevel or GoHighLevel account you own. We do not publish through other scheduling platforms or directly inside each social channel.
- Included channels are Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile. Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube require channel-specific content and are available only as separately quoted add-ons.
- Social-profile access is granted through each platform's own admin, manager or business-account permissions to Lync or to T-Squared Technology acting on Lync's behalf. We never ask for, store or use your passwords.
- Social platforms may expire third-party connections on their own schedule. You are responsible for reconnecting promptly after notification. Posts scheduled while disconnected are not rewritten or rescheduled and may publish together when the connection is restored.
- You may revoke our access at any time. Doing so ends our ability to deliver the service and does not entitle you to a refund for the current paid period.
5. Your content and approvals
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, offers, claims, licensing details and imagery you provide, and you confirm you hold the rights to any logo, photo or material you supply. You grant us a license to use that material to create and publish content for you. Regulated industries carry additional compliance responsibilities that remain yours.
6. Billing, start dates and cancellation
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on calendar-month content cycles. All payments are non-refundable, including partial months.
- Your first payment reserves and covers your first full calendar month of service — the next month that allows enough preparation time before that month's posting schedule begins.
- Preparation begins the next business day after we receive your payment, completed intake, logo where applicable, and the required account and publishing access. Allow approximately 10 business days for Essentials Lite, 10–15 business days for Growth Lite, approximately 15 business days for Premier Lite, and at least 15 business days for Custom Social plans.
- Regular publishing begins on the first scheduled posting day of your first full service month, which may not be the 1st of the month.
- Optional Early Start: when setup is completed before your first full service month and posting dates remain in the current month, we may offer a separate partial-month Early Start. The fee is your monthly price multiplied by the posts that can still reasonably be created and scheduled, divided by that month's total scheduled posts. Early Start is optional, is never charged for posting dates already passed, requires additional business days to prepare, and is non-refundable once purchased.
- Custom Social plans include a one-time Custom Content System Setup fee, billed together with your first month.
- Add-ons are charged when purchased. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month and scheduled content stops at that point.
- Failed payments may pause publishing until the balance is settled.
7. No guaranteed results
Social media outcomes depend on factors outside our control. No engagement, reach, follower, lead, ranking or sales outcome is guaranteed, and past client results do not predict your results.
8. Communications consent
During onboarding you may consent to contact by phone call, SMS/text, email and AI-assisted or automated systems, including automated notifications, reminders and follow-ups. Message frequency varies and standard message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. Consent to marketing contact is not a condition of purchase; we will still send service and billing messages related to your account.
9. Acceptable use
We may decline or discontinue work involving unlawful, deceptive, hateful, adult or otherwise prohibited content, or content that violates a platform's own rules. Platform decisions — including account restrictions or post removals — are made by the platforms, not by us.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lync LLC and its partners are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes take effect at your next renewal. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law rules.
